What to buy a Fitness-Lover for Christmas? // Gift-Guide 2018

Hey lovelies! I'm back again with a Christmas gift guide, and although I've done a few of these in recent years this time I thought I'd share what I actually know best... What to buy a fitness lover for Christmas.
I'm sure we all know at least one person in our life who's like this and if you're clueless about all things fitness and health it can make them so difficult to buy for.  In this post I'm going to share with you some of my favourite gift ideas you can't go wrong with, including new limited edition Christmas products for 2018, stocking fillers and innexpensive treats that will be sure to put a smile on any fitness-lover's face this Christmas. If you're not caught up with the rest of my festive posts this month be sure to click the link here, but otherwise I hope you enjoy.

If you read my review of the Purition Protein powders a few weeks ago, you'll know how much I loved trying out all their different flavours in the selection box. And as it's the festive season the lovely team at Purition sent me over one of their limited edition Christmas packs: Chocolate Orange! The flavour is a family favourite in my house and I've been obsessed with it since it arrived. I won't ramble too much about it as you can read it all in my review post here but it would make the perfect Christmas list for any fitness lover over the Christmas season or even better - popping a selection box into their stocking to try out.

If you guys know any gym lover in your life or have had the same struggle yourself... you will know just how easy it is to lose water bottles at the gym or when you're out ect. I can't count the amount I've lost over the last couple of years so a decent water bottle will always be much appreciated by anyone. This particular kind I love as it's great for people who want to start upping their water intake and track how much they're drinking. Maybe it's one of their new years resolutions? It was for me last year, and I know this will come in super handy.

As you might have seen it mentioned in my Self-Care post, this Muscle Soak is a god-send for whenever you're feeling achy and exhausted (especially needed for me after I go running!) and since it's so inexpensive it would make a great stocking-filler idea. There are tons of different soaks to choose from on the website or in local drugstores but this one would be the perfect fit for a fitness lover as if they exercise a lot then they're always prone to achy muscles.

I've recommended this blend and company to so many people and have still been buying and using it ever since Minivita reached out to me over a year ago. If you've had a look online yourself you'll know just how expensive these powders can be sometimes (it get's ridiculous most of the time!) but I've found this one to be amazing quality and it's become part of my daily routine. The blend includes wheatgrass, chlorella, alfalfa and accai berry and if I love it I'm sure it would make a great gift for someone else too!

Another cute 'stocking-filler' is always food right? But for a fitness-lover we're going down a slightly different route but still just as delicious with these raw pecan bars. If the person you're buying for is a fan of naked bars they'll be obsessed with a box of these which are quite similar and half the price too. Who's complaining? Being gifted things is the perfect opportunity to try new snacks and treats you wouldn't have otherwise so creating a hamper of healthy snacks is the way to go.

Hope you found this post useful for any last minute Christmas shopping. I'm just about to start wrapping all my gifts as I type this and could not be more excited. The countdown is on till Christmas and although I still have a couple of posts yet to go up, I'm going to be so sad when the festive season is over! Let me know in the comments below who the 'fitness-lover' in your life is and I'll speak to you in my next blog post.

  7. This is a great list! I usually drink just plain vanilla protein shakes but this chocolate orange one sounds like a dream Ha, I'm always buying the different "Raw" bars from Aldi. You're totally right in that they're exactly like the Nak'd bars but cheaper and we all love a bargain!
