5-Min Fluffy Chocolate Pancakes // Vegan Recipe!


Hey lovelies, back with another recipe and now onto one I've been meaning to do for ages: Pancakes! Pancakes had always been a Breakfast Treat for me, on those lazy weekends where I had more time to spare but now (after a bit of pancake-flipping practice) I can whip them up in 5mins. And that's where this recipe comes in: a stack of fluffy chocolate pancakes, Vegan, relatively healthy, and with only a handful of ingredients. 

So often I would look up Vegan recipes and they would contain a list of 15x different ingredients, including all different health foods I'm just too broke to have in my kitchen cupboard like 'Buckwheat Flour,' or 'Ground Flaxseed' so this recipe is perfect for the average person like me. All you'll need is that one over-ripe banana sitting in your fruit bowl and a handful of other ingredients you already have, and you're good to go. If you love American-Style fluffy pancakes, and all things sweet and chocolatey - you should definitely give this a go.

Get Healthy with Me // A May To-Do List!


Hey lovelies! I've seen a lot of people do these 'get healthy with me' posts and I think it's so motivating to write down your goals for the month like this, plus it means you guys can actually hold me to them. You all know I love all things fitness // food // and health but although it started off good, April just wasn't the month for me. I don't regret indulging over Easter at all... I mean family meetups, chocolate eggs, cakes and treats, who could resist? But even though I had so much fun over April, coming back into May I ended up feeling a bit sluggish and so this Month I'm determined to 'Get back on Track.'
The basis of this post isn't just 'Healthy' as in gym related, although that is high on my list this month, but all round little goals and tasks I want to do this month to look after my body both physically and mentally! Sweet Banana Flapjack Bites // GF Recipe!


Hey lovelies, how's your week going? After a beautiful Bank Holiday weekend in England, I decided to do a bit of baking and going along with the theme of 'sweet treats-made healthy' here's a post on my new favourite recipe: Banana Flapjacks. 

Flapjacks are one of those cakes that are deceptively unhealthy. You think, oats, raisins... healthy enough right? But what you often forget is all the unnecessary sugar, butters and syrups that go into flapjacks, when the fact is: you just don't need all of it! In this recipe, ripe banana is used to help bind the mixture, along with natural honey and coconut oil as substitutes for the usual not-so-healthy ingredients and it still tastes delicious if not better.

Dark Chocolate and Gogi Berry Brownies // GF and Healthy!


Hey lovelies, how are you all doing? It's been a busy week but I'm finally back again with another post, and this time it's a recipe I've been obsessed with making lately: My Dark Choc and Gogi Berry Brownies! Everyone loves a rich, fudgy style brownie and this recipe incorporates all of that chocolate-y decadence while still being relatively healthy - with no refined sugar or butter, and instead filled with natural raw sweeteners like dates, honey and vanilla. It's the perfect sweet treat for any day and if you've never tried gogi berries yet, the special lil superfood ingredient in this recipe, you totally need to, here's your excuse. 
When I asked on a poll on my twitter what kind of recipes you guys would like to see on Just Morgs, the majority of you voted for recipes on the healthy versions of sweet treats (all things brownies, cookies and cakes...) and so get ready for even more posts like this coming soon.
