Bullet Journal Plan with Me // March 2018

Hey lovelies! New Month, means a New Bullet Journal spread and I'm so excited to share with you another 'Plan with Me' post taking you through how I set up my journal this month and inspo for your own. I can't quite believe it's March as I write this (I mean, it's been snowing all day for everyone in England - not exactly Spring!) but I love this time of year and since February flew by I'm looking forward to a longer month now. My Bullet Journal this month was inspired by AmandaRachLee's, who's Youtuber channel you should definitely check out if you haven't already - she makes the most aesthetic videos - and so this month goes along a Cactus / Plant theme. This could be one of my favourite spreads I've ever done actually so I hope you enjoy and let me know in the comments if you have any other suggestions for April's Theme?

The first page I started with, is something I do every month, and that's a double callendar spread. No matter how many apps I have on my phone to do this for me, having a handwritten Callendar is the only thing that makes me feel truly organised and so this is definitely an essential. As you can see, I drew out a grid of the month, alongside some March Goals which I'll be adding to as I go along and more of that green colour theme (because I can't get enough of it aha!)

Next up: My Habit Tracker. I never used to include this page in my journal, but after how useful lots of people find them I decided to give it a go this month. I included 4 trackers on this page - any more than that and I knew I'd just forget to fill it out - and I plan to colour in each square for a day I completed that habit. The idea is that you can motivate yourself to keep up these habit and monitor days and patterns you forget them (it will be forgetting to workout on the weekends for me!) but I'll let you know my thoughts on how well it worked by the end of March.

Another essential page for me is a 'Post Planner' one. Although it's looking like a blank canvas right now, 1 week into March and this page will be scribbled with notes and random ideas for posts. In terms of how I decorated the page this month, I followed Amanda's  roughly with a large shadow box for me to write in and some cacti doodles at the bottom.

You might remember I included a Spending Log page for the first time in my Bullet Journal post from October and it's something I've loved ever since. On here I write down all the money I've spent for the Month no matter how small (yes, all those snack trips to the Co-op get written down) and it's great for tracking how much you're spending so you don't get that 'Where'd all my money go??' reaction by the end of the month. I also try to set myself a maximum spending goal for the month, but I always go over whoops.

And lastly, is my blog post Callendar. Even though I included a main one at the start of the Month, this page is key to keeping me organised with what post needs to go up when and it usually doesn't stay this neat as I'm always swapping things about and scrawling new ideas down. I aim to post every Wednesday on my blog, hence the days with the little * by them, but I'm actually considering changing things up on my blog this month and doing shorter but more frequent blog post instead...

Feeling motivated to tackle March? However you're feeling: "YOU GOT THIS," and I hope you lovelies enjoyed this Bullet Journal post and have the best start to the Month.

  14. Love the idea of a post planner page, I should definitely try something like that! I don't keep a bullet journal myself (I tried...) but I do use evernote a LOT. I might create a note dedicated to scribbling my ideas instead of just trying to remember them... Seems obvious now! Haha.
