Which Tea // Which Mood

Hello lovelies, and welcome back. I'm sounding more and more like a Grandma saying this every day, but whatever mood I'm in (happiness, sadness... or just feeling a bit blehhh) I always turn to a cup of tea! I used to stick to English Breakfast 24/7, only ever trying out an earl grey or mint tea whenever I was at a fancy hotel but now Herbal Tea's are a Staple in my cupboard. You just can't go wrong with them and in today's post I thought I'd share with you my favourite tea for every mood. Revision, Stress, Relaxation - it's all in here!

An Alpine Detox // Travel Lookbook

Hey lovelies! It's been a little while since I last talked to you, but if you follow my twitter or instagram you will know that last week I was away skiing in France for the Half Term (hence why I've been a bit innactive!) Skiing is something I look forward to every year, and this time we returned to Chamonix for the second time - a resort near Mont Blanc, which as well as being so close to all different ski resorts/lifts is also a beautiful Alpine town filled with traditional french restaurants, bakeries and shops. If any of you have been on ski holidays before you'll understand everything I love about it, the snowy surroundings, staying in a little wooden ski appartment, and alpine mountain food... it's the best.

Anyway, to sum up my trip, this time I thought I'd try something new and put together I 'Travel Lookbook' for a post. It's filled with photography pics in the snow, snaps from around the town and travel inspo all compiled into one big post. This is going to be quite a photo-heavy one, but I LOVE reading these sorts of posts myself so grab a cuppa, have a little scroll, and enjoy!

Easy Slice-n'-Bake Valentine's Cookies // Recipe

Hello lovelies, from France! I'm in the Alpes right now as I'm posting this, after my first day of skiing this holiday and now probably exhausted, curled up in our little Alpine Lodge...and thinking 'thank god I remembered to pre-write this post!'

Some of you will be spending Valentine's this year with someone special, or maybe you make it a family thing like me, but either way I think anyone can do with a bit of sweetness on the 14th right? These sugar cookies I've made most years and are still my favourite thing, so simple but the picture-perfect treats that can make the cutest present for anyone. They're also made using a 'slice-n'-bake' technique which takes a little more prep than usual but basically means you can keep it in the freezer and slice cookies to bake off whenever you want. If you're looking for an easy Valentine's-Bake to brighten up someone's day I hope you enjoy, it's amazing what a little bit of pink food colouring can do haha!

What I eat in a Day // Vegan Edition!

Hey lovelies, and welcome back! You might remember from my twitter and Vegan Snack Box post here, that a little while ago I tried going Vegan for the week. It was so much tougher than I thought it would be (No eggs, milk, fish, butter, honey...) and of course all that leftover Christmas Chocolate in the cupboard? Nope not allowed that either! It really did test my self-control though, making me feel naturally a lot healthier from what I was putting into my body, and I managed to stick to it after all.

Anyway, a post I've always wanted to make is a 'WHAT I EAT IN A DAY' and I thought out of all the weeks, why not do it from a day in my Vegan Week to change things up a bit. In general I'm always known as 'that healthy friend' in my group and I guess that's true, but for my Vegan week I ended up being even more healthy just because there was no temptation from other non-vegan things I would usually have- so bear that in mind as you read through! It was a busy day, from gym in the morning to trying to find vegan lunch places to eat out in the afternoon (which was surprisingly hard,) but hope you enjoy reading through my first ever What I Eat in A Day and let me know in the comments whether you'd like to see another soon. Looking forward to seeing how this one goes down!

A Few January Favourites // 2018!

Hey lovelies! It's been so long (I know) since I've done a monthly favourites but with Christmas Celebrations, my Birthday Presents and a whole bunch of other things since, I'm so excited to finally have a decent selection of favourites to share with you this month.
January's is the month that everyone says feels like 31 years rather than 31 days and always drags on, but for me it's not been so bad! I hit 500 Bloglovin' followers, turned 15, sorted out my work experience and went Vegan for a week last month so a few milestones completed already one month into the year. That said though, like everyone I'm definitely excited about February and of course being a step closer to Spring - I need that warmer weather stat! Anyway I hope you enjoy having a read through my January Favourites, a mix of lifestyle, beauty and random bits and bobs as usual and if you want to see what was included in my January Favourites from 2017 just click the link, let's see how my taste has developed in the past year...
