My Autumn Wardrobe Essentials

* Candid photo of me and Olivia giggling at the embarrassing pics we took on her phone! *

Hey lovelies! Since it's the first week of October I thought I'd kick start this years Fall/Autumn posts with a Wardrobe Essentials! Clothes are one of my favourite things about this season every year, I just love the colours, all the layers (plus it's finally acceptable to wear boots and scarves everywhere yassss!)  As much as I love warm Summer afternoons, bbq's and beaches, I'm definitely more of an Autumn lover at heart and so I can't wait to start posting more themed blog posts like this.
Anyway, for this today's post I'm gonna take you through all my Autumn Wardrobe essentials, from shoes. to hats to PJ's ... so grab a cup of tea (or pumpkin spice latte if you're feeling basic hahaha) and enjoy lovelies!

Wool Scarf - New Look (£10)
Marroon Hat - Oasis (No idea, it was a present!)
Tartan Pyjamas - M & S (£20.50)

Pretty much anything maroon is an Autumn Wardrobe staple for me, including hats. You might remember this one from waaaay back in my February Love List but it's so perfect for autumn with that casual floppy style and colour. And a couple of other pieces I could not get through this season without is this gorgeous scarf from New Look and these Tartan pyjamas.
Because what's Autumn without cosy PJ's?

 Shoes:
Since we're now finally able to ditch the Summer Sandals these are my most worn shoes currently

Brown Boots  - Dorothy Perkins (£67)
Burgandy Converse Hightops - Chuck Taylor (£40)

As well as this pair being burgandy (*tick!* hehe) converse in general are such comfy, casual shoes to wear and are my absolute faves regardless of the weather. It's also the kind of shoes I think almost look cooler the more dirtied and worn they get, so you don't need to worry about keeping them sparkling white all Fall!

Boots, boots, boots. It's so hard separating from them as the seasons change because if I could I swear I would wear them everywhere haha!  If you're looking for a practical, sturdy pair too, I would really recommend these ones by Dorothy Perkins. They are hella pricey not going to lie, but at the time I bought them I managed to get an amazing deal!

If you've followed my blog for long, you probably saw this one coming, but my biggest Autumn Wardrobe Essential are oversized checked shirts. As well as being insanely comfy, these have such an indie vibe to them and it's an all-round popular trend during the fall. I got so excited when the shops started bringing these out again!
I have many more, but these 3 are the shirts I've been wearing most lately:

Dark Blue Checked Shirt - Primark (£12.99)
Pale Blue and Creme Shirt - Brave Soul (£11)
Red Checked Shirt - Primark (£14)
And finally, my first Autumn post this year wouldn't be complete without a cheeky lil' throwback! Remember this any of you? This was from my OOTD last year, still wearing a checked shirt of course. Some things never change!

Hope you all enjoyed this post! And you like the conkers in the pictures by the way hehe? I had to go scavenging to find them haha, but they make the cutest photo props for the Fall time.
Next week is an exciting one I'm sure you guys are gonna love, it involves a special collab and a pumpkin recipe...
