Hello lovelies! I'm always making juices, cordials and all sorts of smoothies in the kitchen and so for this post I wanted to show you one of fav morning drinks: the green smoothie. Apart from the bright colour (which I love, love, love!) this smoothie is so great as an energising morning drink, or even a light breakfast. It's packed with leafy greens, cucumber and lemon but still has a delicious sweet taste from the kiwi and apple. I can never seem to stomach those smoothies that taste entirely of vegetable juice no matter how good for me they are haha so this has been the perfect lil' recipe for me this month.
You will need:
01. Just roughly slice your ingredients and pop into the blender until smooth and creamy.
02. If consistency is too thick, add more apple juice or simply water
03. Pour into a cup or mason jar like I did and enjoy! Garnish with a mint leaf too if ya feeling a bit fancy hehe!
